EV Hire launched in 2017 and we are looking for a resourceful Valeter / Driver to assist in its rapid expansion both in the UK and overseas.

The Role:The successful candidate will combine the roles of on-site valeter and driver. Valeting responsibilities mean that you will consistently ensure that our vehicles are prepared to a high standard in readiness for delivery. The valeter / driver will provide a high level of customer service when delivering and collecting vehicles, ensuring that documentation is completed and delivery/ collection checks are carried out accurately.

Flexibility will be required as the successful candidate may be asked to assist with office-based duties during peak periods.

Main Responsibilities:
Working within the customer service team, your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

1) To clean vehicles inside and out to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2) To deliver and collect a variety of vehicles.
3) To inspect all vehicles at the time of delivery and collection to ensure that any defects or damage are recorded, agreed and signed for by the customer, whilst maintaining a strong relationship with the customer.
4) Where appropriate, to identify any faults on the vehicles and report as necessary.
5) To complete all necessary handover paperwork and on-line processes, such as rental check sheets etc. ensuring that all details are correct and accurate.
6) To take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and to take reasonable care not to put other people at risk by what you do or don’t do in the course of your work.

Please note that, due to insurance restrictions on the age of drivers for some of our vehicles, we can only accept applications from candidates aged 30 and above.

This role will be pivotal in the growth of EV Hire as enquiries and bookings increase. The role will require the successful candidate to be able to work independently as well as being part of the team. You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the evolution of this growing business.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience working in a driving role is desirable when applying for this position. However, just as important is a positive, ‘can do’ attitude so candidates without previous experience in the vehicle rental industry will be considered.

The Role: The Replacement Hire Account Manager will serve as the first point of contact for the organisations who require 'Replacement Hire' services.

These organisations are split into Three key categories:

1)       Vehicle Manufacturers
2)       Vehicle Dealerships
3)       Insurance & Accident Management Companies

Main Responsibilities:
Working within the Supply Chain team, your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
1)       Onboarding of new accounts from the Three key Replacement Hire (RH) categories.
2)       Working alongside the Sales & Logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of RH services
3)       Consistent nurturing of existing RH accounts

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our strategic growth initiatives for 2024 and beyond. As part of our dynamic global brand and marketing team, you'll steer our digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Role Summary:

This full-time hybrid* role requires a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in Paid Media campaigns (Meta & PPC) and SEO delivery. Collaborate with our management team to drive KPIs, report on performance, and meticulously optimize digital campaigns across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC:

• Manage a substantial monthly PPC budget
• Execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms to boost website traffic and generate leads
• Continuously analyze campaign performance, making adjustments for optimal results
• Stay abreast of industry trends, incorporating new techniques into PPC campaigns
• Optimize PPC budgets to maximize ROI
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders

SEO:

• Oversee the implementation and delivery of SEO campaigns, including keyword research, technical SEO, competitor analysis, and content audits
• Enhance SEO knowledge within the team and wider company
• Stay updated on industry developments and integrate them into client campaigns

Paid Ads (Meta):

• Contribute to the creation and management of Meta ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
