When Volkswagen unveiled the ID.3, its first all-electric vehicle, it had some tough competition. However, true to form, VW has produced an outstanding car that has set the standard for the family hatchback in the EV world.
The interior is typically minimalist but very comfortable. Infotainment is controlled by a 10-inch touchscreen positionec centrally on the dashboard. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are built in as standard as well as Sat-Nav and wireless smartphone charging.

Space and comfort
The VW ID.3 has plenty of space inside and five adults can travel comfortably with the flat floor meaning that rear seat passengers are less encumbered when the central seat is occupied. The ambient light system adds to the personalised feel of the ID.3 interior.
With 385 litres of boot capacity with the rear seats in a position, packing the weekly shop won’t be a problem. With the rear seats folded down, the VW ID.3 offers 1,267 litres of space, more than enough for typical large family loads.
Engaging driving experience
Range won’t be a problem either as the ID.3 can cover up to 260 miles on a single charge and, for the driver, offer an engaging driving experience with over 200bhp and a 0 – 62 mph time of 7.3 seconds.
