When Land Rover launched the 2022 Range Rover, many commentators described it as the best car ever made.

The 2023 Sport version has now been launched and a Range Rover Sport P510e PHEV First Edition Hire will be joining the EV Hire fleet very shortly.

The Range Rover Sport Hire features familiar styling cues from its bigger sibling but with a refined sense of modernity that Jaguar Land Rover themselves have said “blends Range Rover luxury and capability with sporting character. It’s a redefinition of sporting luxury.”

The Range Rover Sport P510e PHEV First edition is equipped with a 6-cylinder 3.0-litre turbo charged petrol engine that produces 510bhp 516lbs ft of torque, enough to accelerate this 6000lb beast to 60 mph in less than 5.5 seconds.

The electric motor has a range of 70 miles which is plenty if you’re using the Range Rover Sport for a short commute to work.

The Range Rover Sport has always been an imposing vehicle and the 2023 model builds on that presence with a slight increase in size. Flush-fitting door handles provide an ultra-contemporary profile while the slimmest LED headlights fitted to a Land Rover clean up the front to present a slim, visor-like grille.

The interior makes use of contemporary materials which reimagine the concept of sustainable modern luxury. With no compromise on quality or performance, lightweight Ultrafabrics are used on the seats while marine plastics have been used in the manufacture of the floor mats.
