The F-Pace S’ supercharged 3-litre V6 tops out at 300bhp. Some 80% of the body is aluminium, giving the Jag over 600kg jump on some of its main rivals. This reduction in weight offers a nimble, refined drive with its eight-speed gearbox.

The gearbox is suitably responsive and if you’re wanting to cruise, you’ll find the F-Pace S a relaxing drive too, since the all-wheel drive technology sees the rear wheels do most of the driving, until there’s a need to push power forward, then the system sends 50% power to the front axle.
