You can order directly through our website using our bespoke booking system. The system is designed to make the process of booking one of our Tesla EVs timely, functional and clear. There is absolutely no need to print any paperwork, as the process is 100% paperless. The booking process is automated in its entirety, with simple drop down menus in use for the majority of the process. Once your account is created all the relevant information is stored on your account.

When you hire one of our Tesla P100D’s the booking system will handle everything. As is usual amongst hire companies we will require your driving licence details and identity documentation. However, this can all be uploaded through our secure portal, avoiding having to stand waiting at a counter while processing takes place. 

If you are booking your Tesla for three days or more we can arrange for the Tesla to be delivered to a location of your choice within 100 miles of our business. This covers all of Greater London and beyond, including all major airports in the 100 mile radius. There is no extra charge for this service – what you pay for during booking is the final amount. Our staff will then collect the Tesla at an agreed time, date and location. You are hiring a luxury vehicle and you are entitled to a service that is as high in performance and integrity as the Tesla P100D’s in our fleet.

When you are in receipt of one of our Tesla’s your support does not stop there. You will benefit from car insurance for the duration of the hire, alongside free breakdown cover in the highly unlikely event of the vehicle needing attention. You are far more likely to encounter issues with a combustion engine vehicle, due to the Tesla possessing far less moving parts. Our after hire servicing and comprehensive checks of the EVs before we hire to you will provide reassurance that the car will only ever be in excellent working order. 

Our hire support extends to making your road trip as economically viable as possible. The Tesla’s that we hire benefit from using Tesla’s proprietary Supercharging network. Essentially, when the Tesla’s require a charge this will cost you absolutely nothing. All charging is free at the point of use with no limits placed on you as to how often the vehicle requires charging. This not only saves the inconvenience of having to buy petrol at constantly fluctuating prices, it means that no matter the length of your hire you can recharge as much as you like. 

If you are taking the Tesla for a long holiday then you will not have to factor in fuel prices abroad. The navigation system in the Tesla that you hire will have every Supercharging station mapped into the EVs memory. The Tesla will automatically calculate which route offers the best areas to stop when you need to charge. Even if you are in unfamiliar surroundings, the Tesla will do all the work for you. If you are coming directly to our Croydon office to pick up the Tesla we can also offer you 24/7 manned secure parking for your existing vehicle should you require this.
