EV Hire supports Rolls Royce at Goodwood Festival of Speed
EV Hire was delighted to support one of our valued clients in supplying four Mercedes EQVs to Rolls Royce in Chichester for use as VIP shuttles at the 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Rolls Royce, the global leader in luxury vehicles, maintains a production and service facility set in a landscaped campus close to the site of the iconic Goodwood Motor Circuit.
The company has long been a supporter of the Goodwood Festival of Speed, one of the world’s biggest celebrations of automotive culture both old and new and now in its 30th year, and invites international guests to join them as they display their latest models in a display area close to Goodwood House.
For 2023, the focus was on Rolls Royce’s move to electrification with the presentation of the Spectre, the company’s first all-electric luxury car. To compliment Rolls Royce’s move to sustainable transportation, the company requested four Mercedes EQVs, the world’s leading electric MPV, based on the hugely popular V Class, for the duration of the Festival of Speed.
EV Hire, working with our trusted partners, supplied the vehicles which were used to transport Rolls Royce guests from their airports on arrival and between their hotels and the Festival of Speed site throughout the four-day event, shortened to three days due to adverse weather.
Managing Director Daryl Pearce was proud that one of the UK’s most prestigious companies had chosen EV Hire to support their VIP transportation.
